What are your office hours?
We are open 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time Monday through Friday. Other hours are available by appointment.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and bank checks when paid through PayPal.

Where are you located?
We are located in central Florida, halfway between Tampa and Orlando, just outside of Bushnell in Sumter County. Our clients are scattered throughout the United States.

Do you pick up and deliver work?
We can use UPS, Fed Ex or USPS and pass the delivery charges on to you.

How long have you been in business?
We started doing web design in 2000, and virtual assistance in 2007.

What is your turnaround time on projects?
We pride ourselves on our high work quality and short turnaround times. We will give you a completion date upon receipt of the project. We can also do rush jobs if needed.

What is the cost to me, the customer ?
We charge between $40.00 USD/hour (administrative) to $65.00 USD/hour (web design/graphics) for hourly work. All projects are priced singularly according to the amount of work involved. Contact us for a price quote on your project today!
